We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us depending on how you interact with our Site:

From Insurance Prospects (Seniors/Quiz Users): Name, phone number, email address, physical address, state, ZIP code, age, and health/intent preferences provided during the Quiz.

From Business Clients (Insurance Agents/Buyers): Name, business email, phone number, agency name, geographic targeting preferences, credit card/billing details, account passwords, and any customization assets uploaded to the Portal (such as profile photos or third-party booking links).

We also automatically collect technical information when you visit our Site:

• Browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, and approximate geographic location
• Analytics data collected through Vercel Analytics
• Marketing measurement data collected through the Meta Pixel on our public marketing and quiz pages (such as page views and conversion events). We do not load the Meta Pixel on our authenticated buyer portal pages (/portal).

We use the collected information to:

• Connect insurance prospects with licensed insurance professionals to fulfill quote requests
• Process and manage Agent accounts, lead packages, and Portal configurations
• Improve our Site, user experience, and ad campaign performance
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

4. How We Share and Sell Your Information (Lead Distribution)

Prospect Lead Data: Tantalum Growth is a lead generation agency. By submitting a quote request via our Quiz or affiliated consumer platforms (such as PolicySnap at policy-snap.com), you understand and agree that your personal data (name, phone, email, and quiz context) will be shared or sold to licensed independent insurance agents or agencies within our network to provide you with final expense insurance options.

Initial Match: Your data will be transferred to a licensed insurance professional or agency to fulfill your real-time quote request on an exclusive basis for an initial period.

Future Matches (Aged Distribution): After the initial exclusivity period (currently ninety (90) days from first delivery), we reserve the right to share or sell your contact and quote preference data to additional licensed insurance agents or financial service providers within our partner network.

Agent Data: We do not sell or rent Agent account data. We share agent information only with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, CRM webhooks, and email/SMS delivery systems) under strict confidentiality obligations.

5. TCPA and Consent Disclosures

For consumers submitting information via our Quiz or affiliated consumer platforms: By clicking the submission button, you provide your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to be contacted by Tantalum Growth and any of its authorized licensed insurance agents, partners, or network affiliates who receive your data at the phone number and email address you provided, including via live operators, autodialed calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, and text messages—even if your number is registered on a state or National Do Not Call Registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message or requesting placement on our internal Do Not Call list.
• SMS phone verification: On some quote forms we send a one-time numeric code by text when you click Send code to verify your phone number. That opt-in flow, sample messages, and help instructions are documented on our SMS Opt-In Disclosure page.

6. SMS Phone Verification (OTP)

When you click Send code on a quote form, we use your mobile number only to deliver a one-time verification SMS through Twilio Verify. We do not sell or license your mobile number solely because you requested a verification code, and we do not share SMS verification opt-in records with unrelated third parties for their own marketing lists.

If you complete the full quiz and submit your request, your contact information may still be shared with licensed agents as described in Section 4 — that lead-distribution consent is separate from the transactional OTP step. 7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit TLS encryption for data in transit and encrypted storage for data at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. If you request deletion of your data, we will honor that request within 30 business days, subject to any legal retention or transaction-logging obligations.

10. Cookies and Tracking

11. Third-Party Links

Our Site contains links to external services (e.g., Cal.com for agent scheduling). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are strictly directed to individuals aged 18 and older (specifically targeting seniors ages 50–85). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
